Buyer’s guide

2. Verify Email. Once verified, you will receive another email from SID.
3. Fill up the Reservation Agreement. Be ready with 2 valid Government IDs.
4. You can now proceed with Holding the unit.
5. Once decided, you can now proceed with payment.

Requirements on reserving a unit/parking

1. CI Checklist Form.
2. Valid Government ID with 3 specimen signatures.
3. CAPF
4. Selfie picture while holding the ID
5. Proof of Billing
6. Signed Computation Sheets
7. PEP Questionnaire
8. Tax Identification Number. (TIN)
